2010 Sum-up.

Now i can sum up my year – Swedish Nationals (BJJ) third place , Swedish grappling leage (SW) third place and a couple other medals.. Now it’s time for me and Arwen (my dog) to go out and play in the snow ! It’s gonna feel a litle strange not training so mutch for the rest of the year but it’s gona be good ( my body needs it) anyway..
